It's close enough to do all we need to do to help our college students, far enough away the rates aren't quite as high during typical dropoff and pickup times for BYUI. The rooms are clean and well maintained, the beds are comfortable, easy to enter and exit the parking lot, and a reasonable price」

「The rooms are OK, nothing special. The have a decent fridge. We stayed one night and it was constant noise from the other rooms, we didn't get any sleep. We've stayed here twice thinking the noise the first time was a fluke but we were wrong!」
