I have mixed emotions about this place. Check in was ok. There were safety vehicles parked in my spot. I was told they were there to rest after fighting a fire and then they’d move away. No big deal, grateful for their service! My room was lacking any type of art on the wall. There was no microwave (that would have been helpful for a solo traveler and I didn’t notice a clock. The walls were paper thin. I heard all and everything. It did appear that the room had been recently renovated. Darn, the light on one side of the bed was working. There was enough space/shelves for me to store my stuff. I was told there was breakfast (not my favorite) I was also told there was a shuttle (I didn’t know I was so far from the square). The shuttle driver was grumpy and impatient. There were grocery stores close bye and a gas station, that was convenient.

Our unit was good for what we needed. The only downsides were 1) it was hard to reach the management office (often got voicemail, even though it was during their stated business hours); 2) The air conditioning seemed to go off in the middle of the night, even though the programmable thermostat read the temp we entered and said it would stay at that temperature for a certain period of time); and 3) the pool/hot tub are only open 9-6 (I did know that ahead of time, but it means if you spend the day out exploring, you almost never get to use it. On the plus side, the unit was clean and comfortable, If I had booked directly with them I might have been able to choose the unit, and I would have chosen one with two couches in the living room area, and one with a bathtub if they have them. Also, the pictures make it look like the laundry room is in the unit—it is not, and the laundry room is open 8-6, which was also not terribly convenient. Overall, it was a good, comfortable place to stay. I would stay at Fort Marcy suites again, but I would pick a different unit if possible.

I stayed there during Indian market. We had a booth in the ballroom. The service was amazing. PAUL with Vallet was Exceptional!!! That man needs a raise 🌟🌟🌟

This was a resort property that had a restaurant /dining room that had awesome food and reasonable prices. It was quite convenient. The maintenance office was very responsive to a problem we had initially with the AC. Laurie (Lorrie?) was super helpful. The unit we rented (312) had an underground garage parking spot right next to the elevator. Also very convenient. The unit itself had every amenity you could want including a full Xfinity TV cable lineup. The report also has an executive golf course with very reasonable rates for vacationers to play. My only complaint (very minor) was that there was not really a separate bedroom TV. There was a monitor that you could watch whatever the person in the living room was watching...but no way to get separate channels.. Overall I highly recommend this resort to anyone who wants a comfortable resort-style experience in Santa Fe.
