「If you use a wheelchair make sure you state this when booking. Accessible suites are only available on the 2nd floor and the lift does not go to the third floor. We were on the third so we had some steps to use and drag the chair up. An access ramp is at the side of the building but, if you cannot do stairs, you have to wheel through the outside bar patio in the front, into the back of the bar, through the restaurant and out into the lobby. 「Gorgeous room and lovely decor overall although a few things were broken opun arrival e.g. One of the blinds pull strings was snapped and one of the plant pots was crackes.
The staff were very courteous and helpful.
I would rate higher but the rooom did not come with any bath products or a hair dryer, and the tea and coffee was kept in the hallway between the rooms rather than having a selection in the room.
Will definitely stay again if this is fixed. 」

The room was clean, but the hotel compositioin is too complex and no lift, no wi-fi connection at room.」
「Property was clean and as a family we felt safe staying there. Room was a nice size and our stay there was good.
The parking outside was often difficult to find spaces and due to permit holder restrictions 4:30pm-6:30pm you have to lose your space every day you stay.
If you have a large vehicle you need to park I would not recommend any accomodation in this area.
Not the fault of the owner though and if you don't require parking for a large vehicle it's a fine accomodation.」
