The location is ideal. The staff were excellent and the hotel is modern and chic. Quiet rooms and a nice fitness center just out their back alley exit. Great hotel!

The hotel is quaint and interesting. The bed was very comfy and the room quiet. Only downside was no in room coffee.

I loved staying at the Patterson. Lovely room/house with the most comfortable bed I've slept in. The entire staff was amazing and so friendly. Walkable area with restaurant and things to do.

Loved our stay here. What a cool hotel. Bar was amazing as well as the bar tenders, all staff were amazing - so cheerful, polite, helpful - would highly recommend and will be back

When we first arrived, Bellman took our bag but after checking in no one offered to take our bag to the room. Check in clerk was pretty unfriendly and not very helpful giving us information on the hotel restaurants and transportation. Our room did not have a working thermostat and we were told it could not be repaired. Pretty disappointed that restaurants and bars were closed at 11pm. We came back Saturday evening after attending a concert hoping to grab dessert, but nothing was open. Restaurant food and service was very good, but I would not recommend staying at this hotel againl.
