「We were greeted pleasantly by staff at check in. Lobby was clean and neat. But the staircase was dirty w dried mud from boots (guests working construction like jobs.) The room was visibly tired. Sheets and blanket were thin and worn. Curtains were missing hooks so they couldn’t stay closed properly. Breakfast was less than average though we did find yogurt and fruit.」
