"The facility looks great, but the view from the pool is not great since there are a lot of construction on going down in the valley."

"Booked 2 rooms with 2 Queen beds in each room and paid for it while booking and confirmed. When we got there the staff said they sold the room to someone else so the rooms i booked wasn't available for us. Since it was late and we were to tired to go look for another hotel, we had to settle for what was available and it did not meet what i paid for. These guys like to scam people knowing late at night no one is going to look for another hotel and they can make more money scamming people like...
