" Der Zustand des Ferienhauses war für uns nicht akzeptabel. Wir hatten den Eindruck dass der Eigentümer das Haus gerade verlassen hat und gleich wieder kommt. Alle Räume waren verschmutzt und sämtliche Schränke waren vollgestopft mit Wäsche und anderen Dingen des täglichen Lebens. Wir hätten die ganze Zeit quasi aus dem Koffer leben müssen. Selbst im Kühlschrank und Gefrierschrank waren noch Lebensmittel. Nach Reklamation wurde als Entschädigung eine Übernachtung im Hotel zugesagt und das...

"Die hütte hat alles was man brauchen kann. Einmal gut eingekauft im vorraus sollte es an nichts mehr mangeln. Die Hütte war vorgewärmt so konnte man gleich in den Urlaub starten, die Sauna ist leicht zu bedienen und über den Steg kann man leicht in den See springen, einfach super! Danke."

"The room was not thoroughly cleaned when we arrived. The toilet had waste in it that was not flushed; there was hair on the shower floor and in the floor of the room; the rug was not vacuumed, as there were nail clippings on it; and the room was dusty, which could be seen on the tables and cups.
