「This was our second stay at this property and we will definitely be back. This year I chose to book The Lakehouse instead of The Lodge, partly because of the extra bedroom but also because it has a washer and dryer. You don't need to pack as much when you can do laundry. The unit was very clean and is super spacious, plenty of room for everyone to hang out and relax when we're not out exploring the UP. I really appreciated that the kitchen has a gas stove as I'm not a big fan of induction...

「It’s definitely a log cabin. It’s nicely furnished and decorated. But it’s not luxury. The master bedroom fan didn’t work. We tried to call but got no answer. Both fire tables on the deck were out of propane, one had been left on. The deck and back patio were dirty. They don’t appear to dust, sweep rake or weed. The door going out back was very dirty (blank on white). I get it, I have 3 boys - but a little effort goes a long way. These are basic things when you’re talking “luxury”. Directions...

「The property was beautiful and had a huge stretch of uninterrupted shoreline. The beach was gorgeous and made the stay. The pictures don’t show how much room there is to play and enjoy outside. There was no/limited drainage in the household. The upstairs shower didn’t drain and held water when taking a shower. The water is also very hard. Showering doesn’t seem to cleanse and leaves orange residue on your skin. This isn’t a problem at the neighboring property. Overall, the property was great and...

「We took a winter weekend get-away. This cabin is centered between Eben Cave (a beautiful ice cave that takes some hiking to get to) and Valley Spur (great groomed cross-country ski trails) and Pictured Rock (where we went snow-shoeing). We came back to this nice, cozy, warm cabin each night for dinner. It was so nice to sit by the fireplace- so nice and relaxing. The bed was super comfortable too. It was fun to see all the deer out back of the cabin. We would recommend!」
