8.6/10 Excellent! (575 reviews)
Checked in at 4am after a delayed flight. Was told check out was 10am…..I thankfully then double checked the booking and it’s 11am.
Was welcomed to the hotel with a smell of weed so strong that I was practically chewing on it. The room was uncomfortably hot and stuffy and looked like it hadn’t had deep clean since circa 2003. One towel for the 2 of us to share (always a delight) and some suspicious looking stains all over the walls. We were rudely awoken by a thud on the door and a cleaner entering at 10am….just what we needed after around 4hrs of sleep. Check out couldn’t come soon enough and when I expressed my concerns, I was met with barely a shoulder shrug.
Cracking car park though…….Probably best to just sleep there, in your vehicle and avoid entering the hotel.

9.2/10 Wonderful! (1,477 reviews)
"Not the place to stay if you’re touring Edinburgh, although we took a bus to the city centre and it was cheap & relaxing, about an hours drive away. If you’re heading to the airport, or like us hopping on motorbikes to tour the country…it’s the perfect location! Staff was super helpful, very professional ..."
