Unsere Ferienwohnung befindet sich in einem an unser Wohnhaus angeschlossenen Flachbau mit separatem Eingang. Umgeben von einem gepflegten Garten wohnen Sie in einem ruhigen Wohngebiet in nächster Nähe zu den Spazierwegen an der Traun. - Parkplatz am Haus. - Süd- und Ostterrasse jeweils mit Gartenmöbeln (teils überdacht). - Liegewiese. - Ganzjährig beheizte Räume. - Skihang und Skischule Westernberg in 1 km Entfernung. - Zufahrt gut geräumt. Bitte rufen Sie uns im Falle einer Buchung anschließend kurz an. Gerne geben wir Ihnen dann noch nähere Informationen zu unseren Appartment. Tier sind willkommen: Hunde je nach Größe 5,00 bis 8,00 Euro/Tag, Katzen 3,00 Euro/Tag, Vögel etc. nur nach Absprache
Unsere gemütliche Einraumwohnung ist durch eine Teilwand in Wohn- und Schlafraum getrennt. Im Schlafteil finden Sie ein Doppelbett und genügend Stauraum für Kleidung und Wäsche. Der Wohnteil ist mit Couch, Fernsehsessel, Couchtisch, Kabel-TV, Essplatz und liebevoll ausgesuchten Accessoires ausgestattet. Eine kleine, funktionelle, gut eingerichtete Küche und Dusche/WC runden Ihr Urlaubsdomizil ab. Ihre Wertsachen deponieren Sie im kostenlosen Safe.

Schöner kleine Ferienwohnung!

War sehr schön! Die Gastgeberin war sehr nett, hat auch Ausflugstipps gegeben. Die Ferienwohnung, hat alles was man braucht. Wir waren rundum zufrieden!

vieles sehr liebevoll vorbereitet, aber Wohnung zu voll

Die Vermieterin hatte alles sehr liebevoll vorbereitet und an viele Nettigkeiten gedacht (Begrüßungsgetränke etc.). Allerdings war die kleine Wohnung sehr vollgepackt. 3 Tische in einer 30 qm-Wohnung sind zu viel. Ein größerer, zentraler Tisch wäre sinnvoll. Zudem sind die 3 Sessel (statt bequeme Stühle) zu groß für eine kleine Ferienwohnung. Weniger ist da manchmal "mehr"!
