Welcome to this beautifully finished townhouse furnished to an exemplary standard in Rugby.
Guest experience is our most important goal and we work closely with all of our team to ensure all your requests and requirements are met during your stay.
The space
The house offers a spacious feel with four large bedrooms, welcoming up to 7 guests. The two Queen size beds can be transformed into single beds depending on how the guest wishes the property to be prepared for them.
The light and modern kitchen, is fully equipped perfect for eating in and cooking together.
The dining room offers an area to dine, work and socialise opening up to the large sitting area with flat screen television.
There are two large bathrooms as well as one separate water closet.
Off the kitchen there guests can enjoy the terraced area and garden for their exclusive use only.
There is parking infront of the property.

Communication with proprietor was great prior to occupation date. However communication was poor once we were in the property. Shower on 1 st floor leaked. Couch in the property was broken. But the rooms were good. Accommodation was in a good location, close to train station and supermarket and town centre and met most requirements. Certainly room for improvement.

Not a great experience. The house had clean beds and was generally 'clean' however, the standard was very low. Mouldy shower seals, only 4 mugs, 2 of them cracked, old saucepans, one saucepan and one frying pan still had food on them. No plug socket for bedside lamp, despite lamp being on bedside table. (could be fixed by using an extension lead). Bins overflowing which meant flies+++ The internet was good and the fridge freezer worked, however fridge/freezer is now taking up space in the kitchen so the kitchen table doesn't work as a kitchen table as not enough space. The shower up top worked. Main bathroom shower base cracked and mouldy. No garden chairs or table. No parking permit. Communication with the owner very poor. No legs on one of the sofas (different to picture) so very low down, bizarre....
