Recently built, to an exceptional standard, this canal-side cottage offers a versatile and sociable getaway for up to four guests. Situated in rural Warwickshire, 3 miles from the market town of Rugby, the property enjoys a calm and peaceful setting just moments from the marina, while also offering easy access to the attractions and eateries of the bustling nearby town. Rugby is a charming destination, much loved by sports fans. Discover the history of the town’s namesake sport at the World Rugby Hall of Fame and the Webb Ellis Rugby Football Museum, or visit Elliots Field Retail Park for shopping, fast food or a cinema trip. If you enjoy an active lifestyle, you can walk the beautiful canal paths for miles with Hillmorton Locks (0.9 miles) and a quaint café (2.5 miles) along the way, or explore Draycote Water Country Park (6.5 miles), a haven for sailing, fishing and wildlife spotting in the heart of scenic wetlands. Fancy venturing further afield, spend an afternoon at Coombe Abbey (12 miles) or explore history at Warwick Castle (20 miles).

When it’s time to rest, head downstairs where two bedrooms await. Both rooms feature zip-and-link beds configured as super king-size, offering flexibility for couples or sharers. In between these is a fully equipped bathroom and storage cupboard. One of the bedrooms has internal access to the garage where you will find modern laundry facilitates and storage space. The property also benefits from underfloor heating throughout with nine separately controlled zones allowing all guests to set their room temperature, just right.
There is a side balcony and steps from the lounge leading down into the enclosed patio, a secure and safe space for pets or children to play. Sheltered by a pergola, this area includes outdoor seating, a BBQ and a hot tub, inviting you to fully relax. At the front of the property, there is private parking available for two cars.
