"We had such a wonderful time celebrating Thanksgiving in this space. There is beautiful natural light in the living room, beautiful views of the Sangre de Cristo mountains, a cozy wood-burning stove, and lots of opportunities to stargaze in the hot tub at night. The kitchen is also incredibly well-stocked. We had everything we needed. Charley was so helpful and kind. Highly recommended!"

"My husband and I really enjoyed staying here on a little fall break trip. The place was spotlessly clean and well stocked, and the hosts are very kind and were quick to make sure our stay was as perfect as it could be. This VRBO has gorgeous views, a well stocked kitchen, nice water pressure with toasty warm water, a cozy wood stove that heats the whole house nicely, and all the basic essentials that you need on a trip. We had fun playing a few rounds on the pool table too! We loved the fact that this place is remote and secluded, it felt like our own little slice of heaven for a few days. Very peaceful and quiet. Just keep in mind the nearest town is 30-45 minutes away, and you will drive 7 miles of very well maintained gravel roads to reach the VRBO. We did just fine on the roads in October in our Ford Fusion. We enjoyed waking around the property with our dog, and hiking in the Wet mountains is a short drive away. Overall, I would highly recommend this stay to anyone! "
