"Amazing Hotel, nice rooms, excellent staff"

"The staff were very helpful with tips and directions. The breakfast was very good and the staff were attentive and offering extras for example omelettes or warming bread and bringing hot drinks. Wi-Fi was not reliable. The hotel could use some improvement to rooms specially bathrooms. The one thing that we need to warn people is parking. Please take pictures if you are gonna leave the keys with them. Our rented car got scratches and no one held responsibility for them. If you are staying only in Marrakech, don’t rent a car, taxi or Uber is always there, better walk. This place to close to almost everything."

"Amazing stay, would highly recommend. Breakfast was lovely and fresh omelettes were a nice surprise. They do not have a licence so if you like alcohol I’d suggest duty free. Place is spotless and staff very friendly and helpful. Walkable to the square, just perfect 😁"

"Despite reading a number of reviews, a few of which were not encouraging , we have found this hotel to be one of the best we,'ve ever stayed in , within the price range .The gardens and pool areas were excellent . The leisure/ sports facilities included a nice lounge area , TV/bar room .Table tennis and billiard tables etc . The breakfast buffet was varied , tasty and abundent. Our bungalow was perfectly adequate for our needs and was serviced every day .Very friendly / helpful staff . GO FOR IT !!"

"C’est naturellement l’emplacement. Mais, du coté de la salle de bain, c’est désuet. Une douche dans un bain et que le pommeau de douche ne peux fournir assez d’eau pour te laver correctement. L’air conditionné devrait être changer, ca fait beaucoup de bruit pour rien. Par contre, le lit était confortable mais pas les oreillers."

"For a city hotel this is quality. Roof top pool, restaurant amazing. I would of given 5stars but the bed and pillows far to hard and mattress topper needs to be thicker as my double bed was two singles pushed together. What is 5 stars are the staff all of them are so genuine. Special shout out goes to Samir keept bumping into him all over the hotel, so helpful and with a big smile on his face. "
