"The property is definitely in a great location, the staff are extremely knowledgeable and friendly, we absolutely loved the heated pool and the Full breakfast availability, the only 2 drawbacks for us were the mattresses are not comfortable at all and the toilets are super short .."

"This hotel was a ghost town when I stayed. Hardly saw any other guests. Restaurant food was not amazing for the price. pool was closed. Quick shop was not well stocked. It’s a beautiful hotel. It’s a shame it doesn’t have more buzz. Not much security. Didn’t feel entirely safe as a solo Traveler. I don’t even think I saw a security guard at all. Front desk lay out is off in the corner, the elevator is on the opposite side. It’s old and rickety. Nothing is well marked. Staff was amazing and very kind. I think this hotel just needs more funding. "
