「All stuff are very friendly and very helpful. I stayed here for two nights differently 1st one was bit cold and the condition of the room was not great but 2nd was completely different. I would definitely stay here again. 」

「Laura at the reception was extremely friendly, informative and professional. Also, the room was one of the cleanest hotel rooms I have ever been to - including the bathroom. Bright and clean! Really great. I decided to walk to the airport. It took 30 min and the walk was pleasent besides some 100 meters that were on a road with quite a bit of traffic. 」

「室内でのWifi電波が弱く、ルータが設置させている各階のエレベータ前フロアにて通信する必要があった。朝食はまずまず。スタッフはGood。スパエリアは利用機会なし。」

「パーキングは無料のはずだったが、一杯なので、傍の有料公共駐車場を案内された。 イタリア語で印刷した予約票を見せ、料金がホテル負担か確認したところ、最終的に快くホテルのパーキングに停めていいと言われたが、宿泊条件が正しく伝わってないのは残念だった。 フロント担当も優しく丁寧、バスは浴槽付き、ホテルにあるレストランもリーズナブルな値段で美味と、他は本当に良かった。機会があれば、また泊まりたい。 後、現地語印刷の予約票は必須だと改めて思った。」
