"Always stay here when flying in and out of Toronto. Simple hitel, free breakfast or order fir$. Restaurant and bar on site. Airport Shuttle. Lots of parking. "

"The king size room was large and comfortable and very clean. The hotel itself was clea feeling. Check-in was smooth and the staff were very welcoming. Parking is free which is a plus. The only thing was the layout of the hotel took a big of getting use to. There is a hotel entrance and a casino entrance. It can be a little confusing at first. Other than that i had a great stay at this hotel and I am looking to go back when the horse racing season starts. I had a glimpse of the horses practicing, looks like it would be a great time. "

"Hotel rooms are incredibly shopworn and in dire need of renovations. The hotel used to be used by immigration I understand and it hasnt been upgraded in a very long time.I was told I had an upgrade king sized bedroom - but it was misleading. Only the very basic amenities and the furniture is so outdated. Amenities like television, bathroom, needs a new investment particularly for a $200 plus taxes per room night. Never again... Holiday Inn used to be modest for sure but this one in particular needs a rethink. All materials in the room are very old and as cheap as can be. I am sure the profit line as a result is good for business."
