Very nice owners. Rooms are spacious and private and very comfortable. The pool was great at sundown. With a real deep end. We noticed the breakfast was a little plain (like a Comfort Inn) as opposed to the brunch experience we were expecting.

Newton Villa is a nice small hotel-almost like a B&B, though there is no staff living in the house at night (it only has 10 rooms and one suite). It is in a very quiet neighbourhood and has lovely grounds, which are under renovations to improve them even further. The house is clean and comfortable. The backyard pool and covered patio are enjoyable to use, and the breakfast is extensive and generous for such a small place. This was our second stay and we will certainly return again!

This is a nice B&B. We wanted a clean, safe place away from the city, and this was it. Our room and bath was clean and furnished well. We enjoyed the pool and nice neighborhood for walks. Breakfast was nice and satisfying.

Very quiet neighborhood. Breakfast 7-10 but owner was very nice setting it out early as I had to be out by 630. Never did use the pool but area was very nice.

Just wonderful!! We love it here. Chose to stay another night because we didn’t want to leave. So peaceful. Room was clean and had its own bathroom. The bed was so comfortable that I overslept. The pool is amazing. Heated and clean. We sat on the back porch and read and talked for hours. Just a wonderful place to unwind.

Very nice and quiet environment and clean property. Staff was great and breakfast was good. My only suggestion is to provide a power source beside the bed for easy phone and laptop charging . I had to leave my phone beside the tv to charge. I dot know about other rooms but that’s the only thing lacking in the room I was in. Besides that , every other thing was great.

One of my best stays ever. So comfortable host just incredible breakfast full of fruit being my stay was in November very amazing. I rated the pool as 5 but obviously did not use it but my room overlooked the area and was extremely well maintained. I only stay one night so cannot comment about shopping, dining,or transportation as they were not in my travels this time. Highly recommend staying here and will myself again.
