Check in was terrible ,lady would not let us in the front entrance wanted to know why we are there rooms are small in attic of a 50 year old house , bathroom was small cannot stand straight have to bend to use , shower barely had any space to move , squeeze your self to get to pot, overall would not recommend anyone unless they are stuck with it thru online reservation…

We saw no staff during our stay, the room was spotless. There was some early morning noise from the bakery below, but this would only be audible in a few rooms. The hotel was well placed to see London and was a 15 minute walk from the theatres and nightlife of soho. There are lots of eateries nearby too. I would highly recommend the hotel.

Decent as a base for a weekend in London where we didn’t spend much time in the hotel. Great location right next to Euston station and 3 different tube stations however not sound proof at all and sirens going past very regularly made for not a very peaceful nights sleep.

Stayed one night after watching Bruno Mars at Wembley. Very convenient central hotel, the welcome was warm and everything was explained to us, such as how the WiFi works. The shower curtain was dirty at the bottom and was fabric, gives me the ick as they tend to touch you while showering. I would expect something better quality. The bed was super comfy and a good night sleep. The room was a twin room and the bed that is near the window, has no plug sockets (not that I could find) but plenty on the other side and three on the wall at the bottom of the bed.
