"This is not a new apartment. But the owner maintained the room clean. The room was decorated with some sewing stuffs (guessing owner family’s hobby)😊 While it has shadow, we enjoyed coffee time at a balcony in the morning. We could use a parking lot in front of the apartment and walked to center of Rovinj (took about 20min+, it was dark in the night). Overall, we had good stays here."

"I do wish there were clearer instructions for arrival, as there was no indication of which part of the building was the ‘guesthouse’ or where to enter. After walking around aimlessly to each door, the host came out to greet me-afterwhich, everything was fine. There were two guest rooms on the floor, each with its own bathroom off the hall. Off-street parking right in front was nice because the streets are very narrow. Bed could be more comfortable...not sure why, but we both woke up a little...

"Directions to get to the place were good. However, entrance then lots of steps. NO Towels, NO toiletries, half-used toilet paper only, Not a single glass or cup. Lights burnt out. Bathroom is a disaster, SO tiny and cramped! Host communicated through WhatsApp but took a long time to get back to us. Wouldn’t recommend this place at all!"

"Perfect location, only a few steps from the action of the old town. The harbor less than a block away. Restaurants a few meters from the hotel. The staff were excellent. They went above and beyond to help and make your stay enjoyable. They pick us up by the bus station on arrival and took us to a car rental outside the city the day of departure. Breakfast was great sitting in a terrace overlooking the harbor. . Omelets and eggs made to order. Good selection of meats, cheeses and breads. Ill definitely will return to villa tuttoroto and my friends and family who want to visit Rovinj are already planning to stay here after seeing the pictures I took. By the way, it has an elevator, kind of rare in old town buildings. In my case it was. Very convenient because I was traveling with a sprain ankle. I want to thank all the staff for making our stay a wonderful experience."
