"The receptionist was terrible. She ignored a problem with my room, leaving me with the issue for over a day. I had to go to reception four times and call twice before she did anything. When I asked for an explanation, she made excuses, saying that even with colleagues present, she couldn't leave the reception area and that the system didn't allow for phone calls to the rooms. Is it really true that reception can't make phone calls to guest rooms?"

"Staff was rude, aggressive and or incompetent. Advertised roof bar is inexistent, room layout was ridiculous. Location is ok if you like walking, but the distances are quite a bit longer than the info given. Basically run by beginners and quite likely to ruin your day"

"This enchanting boutique hotel was absolutely charming! A true gem! The lush and romantic gardens around the pool offer various sitting and relaxing areas that are well kept. The lobby and the bar area are beautiful and full of "provencal flair". Staff is super friendly, all of them! The breakfast buffet is amazing. We were upgraded to a lovely (and large!) Deluxe room/suite, and everything was graced with that little extra touch, from the fluffy bath robes to extra large shower towels to luxurious toiletries from L'Occitane, and the daily fresh water in the mini fridge. Streetside parking in the vicinity of the hotel was not a problem as long as you arrived later in the afternoon/evening. This whole place felt magical, peaceful and romantic. We only stayed 3 nights, but are considering coming back for a longer stay. "

"A Parcheggiare intorno ho avuto difficoltà, si sono resi necessari un paio di giri, volendo si paga un supplemento e si parcheggia all’interno (due piani disponibili al costo di 10 Euro al giorno). Gentilezza alla reception (che ha orari limitati, 7-12 e 15-20), poi occorre chiamare un numero che ti da un codice di entrata. Viene chiesto un deposito cauzionale di 100 Euro dalla carta di credito. Camera di dimensioni normali, con balcone, tavolino, pulizia buona. Aria condizionata ok, ottimo il termosifone elettrico in bagno. TV con solo canali francesi e telecomando obsoleti, l’attacco HDMI non funzionava. scomodi i cuscini, materasso normale. Non mi è mai capitato di soggiornare in una struttura 4 stelle che non ci fossero gli attaccapanni. Vi è il forno a microonde, il piano cottura elettrico, il ferro da stiro, l’asse, la serranda elettrica e non ci sono gli attaccapanni. Dove si appendono i vestiti? La colazione non è abbondante come scelta ma è tutta di qualità (possibilità di spremuta). E’ un residence che prima o poi dovrà fare manutenzione, c’è erba che cresce tra le crepe, ci sono frontalini dei balconi scrostati, mura scolorite. "
