The main house features two bedrooms, while a separate sleep-out provides additional privacy. Master Bedroom: This room features a comfortable Queen bed. Bedroom Two: This bedroom offers two single beds and a cot, suitable for children. Sleep-Out (separate building accessed from outside): This separate building includes a Queen bed and bunk beds with two single beds. This versatile layout provides ample space for families and groups.

Guest Access:
As our guest, you will have full and private access to the entire holiday home. This includes all three bedrooms, the full bathroom, the kitchen, and the living areas. The house is situated at Gisborne Point, Lake Rotoiti. Is is surrounds by other lake houses, some of which are holiday houses and some are permanent residents. The area is popular with anyone who loves using the lake.

We recommend your own vehicle if you are staying here. The house is just under 30min drive to the Rotorua CBD.
