"The customer service at this hotel is very poor. I normally don’t like to complain but there were just too many things that were not good about this stay. First, I booked a two queen bed room and when we went to our room we saw that we were given a room with only 1 king bed and a pull out sofa. I was not happy about it but I thought, I’d just roll with it. When we entered our room and went to hang our jackets in the closet we noticed a scarf hanging there. It was very obvious that when the room was cleaned the housekeeping staff never bothered to look in the closet. There were no sheets or pillows provided for the pull out sofa in the room. When we called down for sheets we were told to go down to the front desk to pick them up ourselves. In every other hotel I have stayed in, they always bring the sheets or towels we request to the room. On the night before leaving I had asked if it would be possible for the person to help me put a freezer pack in their freezer since our room fridges did not have a freezer portion. The girl refused. I asked why not and she said she didn’t know. I was very disappointed. Overall I found that the staff were not very helpful and the front desk staff were always on their personal cellphones. I would not recommend this hotel due to the poor service."

"I had an accessible room. I’m sorry to say I was very disappointed in the height of the toilet. It is not adequate for someone who is handicap and has a hard time rising from the toilet seat. The shades on the window did not work. The room was clean and the staff were very friendly. "

"Walls were paper thin. Took was cramped. Noisy neighbors, could hear everything including pigeons cooing. Only one exta pillow available. What a dive! Lol"

"Place was extremely quiet which was refreshing staff extremely courteous and helpful. Too bad pool was closed down the kids were disappointed. Rooms were clean spacious enough. "

"Beware before you book this apartment. This unit is built above a bar, and the music from the bar is very loud in the apartment. The base vibrates the bed, the the tables. The thermostat is not located inside the apartment, it is located down inside the bar. You will have to wait until the bar opens before you can have the temperature adjusted. The Wi-Fi is not located inside the apartment, it is also down inside the bar. It is also located next to a train track, and when the train goes by you can expect the floor to shake. If you have an issue, don't expect much help from the host."

"Nice host and easy check-in! Driveway comes up quick, so pay attention! My hubby and I just moved to NY. We are renovating our home and needed a get away! What a fun and relaxing stay! Cory had everything set up so neat and clean. He had everything! It is first floor of two stories, so there is a little overhead noise, but not bad at all! The craftman ship was so very cool! So many games and things to do! Plenty near by as well! We hope to use this our our date night weekends in the future!!! Thanks Cory, you rock!"
