Discover the authentic Mediterranean essence in our charming holiday rental house, located in the exclusive Mas Fumats urbanisation, with panoramic views of the impressive Roses Bay. Here, on this quiet and picturesque street, you will find your ideal refuge for up to 5 people.



This rustic-style jewel awaits you on a single floor, with 3 bedrooms and a bathroom equipped with a shower. In the bright living room, you will enjoy the comfort of air conditioning, perfect for warm summer afternoons.



Our kitchen has been renovated to offer you the best: convertible oven into microwave, gas hob, fridge and freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and everything necessary for your culinary skills. Coffee maker and kettle are also at your disposal.



Moreover, for your convenience, you will find a washing machine in the laundry room of the house, along with an iron. The Wi-Fi connection and the television with Dutch and German channels will keep all members of your group entertained.



The rooms have fans for your rest.



Parking will not be a problem, as we offer outdoor space for one car and a garage for small vehicles.

Maison avec très belle vue sur la baie de Roses

Maison avec terrasse agréable et très belle vue, au calme. Cuisine refaite à neuf et fonctionnelle.Garage fermé. Salle d'eau rénovée. L'isolation de la maison. Il fait très chaud dans les chambres. Les fenêtres sont en simple vitrage. Les chambres et la pièce de vie auraient besoin d'être rénovées.

Terras met prachtig uitzicht. Het was heel schoon. De garage was wat te klein voor onze auto, maar die hebben we aan de weg kunnen zetten. Van binnen jaren 60 inrichting.

Mooi uitzicht

Het huis is klein maar vanaf het terras een prachtig uitzicht. Het huis is compleet ingericht inclusief wasmachine en droogrek en fijn dat er Wifi is. Onze dakkoffer konden wij kwijt in de garage. In juli is het huis erg warm met alleen op het terras een ventilator.

Tolle Ferienwohnung mit Meerblick

Die Wohnung liegt oben auf dem Berg und hat einen unvergesslichen Blick auf das Meer. Die Zimmer sind rustikal aber sehr nett und gemütlich eingerichtet. Man ist mit dem Auto innerhalb 10-15 min an sehr schönen Stränden oder am Supermarkt. Die Schränke könnte man wieder etwas aufräumen, besonders der im kleinem Zimmer neben dem Bad. Ebenfalls etwas störend, die sehr lauten Nebengeräusche des Kamins bei stürmischen Nächten. Die sind echt sehr laut und haben uns 2-3 Nächte den Schlaf geraubt.

Fenomenaal uitzicht

Het uitzicht was erg goed. In het huis was alles wat nodig was. In het begin hadden we erg veel last van mieren. Meteen een anti-mieren spuitbus gekocht bij Lidl. Na het volspuiten van de holletjes hier en daar nog een enkele mier gezien.

Zeer tevreden, voor herhaling vatbaar.

Het huis ligt prachtig, fantastisch uitzicht. Verder voldeed het huis prima, bedden waren goed. Garage ideaal. Niet prettig was de te kleine douchecabine. Gezien de totale oppervlakte had er een ruimere cabine geplaatst kunnen worden, de wasbak voldeed, maar er was geen plaats om een tandenborstel of een glas of een stukje zeep kwijt te kunnen. Een planchet had uitkomst kunnen bieden
