Staff were excellent. Location excellent across the road from Tram, Train and Casino. Occasionally 1-2 Lifts were out of service, due to the building construction going on. Spa bath didn’t work in the room. Instructions should be provided for thr washing machine/dryer combo.

We travelled as a family of 5 and had connected rooms with a shared entrance so we could easily commute between rooms but still have privacy.
