"We were provided with an excellent room and greeted by good wishes for a special anniversary. Staff were very helpful with all our questions and need for directions"

"People should be allowed to use the outside door entrance from the swimming pool level. I was stuck between the doors for several minutes until someone opened the door for me. You also have a big set of stairs outside, which no one likes to use. As someone with bad knees, I was really struggling, and I cannot imagine how difficult it must be for older people."

It was easy to walk downtown along the canals. The concierge was very helpful with calling for me a taxi Uber for the next morning at 3:00 am."

"The staff was great and very accommodating and let us check-in early—overall we enjoyed our stay. The place felt alright although there were some hairs on the bed upon arrival. The fridge seemed pretty gross too. Laundry was really expensive and didn’t let us do it ourselves. Free sparkling water in the lobby was a plus. "
