"On Saturday we slept in late when we finally got out of the room I told the lady at the front desk to let house keeper know that they can come clean our room. When we returned at 11:30pm our room was not clean we had no clean towels. The two ladies on night shift was very polite and they said they were sorry about what did not get done. Due to the fact that Sunday was Easter house keeping will not be in until Monday. So they gave us some clean towels. We will not be staying there anymore when we come back to visit our home town."

"Reserved for price, stars and distance to event location. My daughters did not end up staying because their room was disgusting. Stains on bed, hair and crumbs. The excuse the front desk gave them was, "it's a handicap room." What? They ended up leaving and paying for a different hotel. "

"The room was very nice and had the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in at a hotel. The shower was the nicest shower, too. The only issue we had was the toilet area was too narrow. Shower and bathroom wall were too close. The price was exceptionally reasonable. "

"There was a long line when we arrived, but the front desk was calm, friendly and efficient. The room was nice but there was a spot that looked like dried noodles on the floor behind the bathroom door and two wet bunched up washcloths on the shower floor. Those were my only complaints. The bed was very comfortable and I loved the walk in shower. We had trouble accessing our room with our keycards several times, but, again, the front desk was very kind and even came up to the room to let us in. They had to reprogram the lock. They only billed us for one night instead of the booked two nights because of the keycard issue, which was very unexpected but appreciated. The location is very convenient to the Coliseum and a Purdue Fort Wayne, which dictates the higher price, but still worth it. Would definitely stay again. "

"I have stayed there many times over the years. Even when they had frozen pipes and we walked thru water in the lobby. I was disappointed in the room. Wallpaper pealing, bathroom floor coming up, paint needed fixing. It just seems it was let go. Not sure I will stay there again. "
