I have stayed here many times. It says a lot that I recognize the staff. They are kind, considerate, the concierge is fantastic, and they remember your name.
The rooms are not NY rooms. They are huge with so much closet space. Absolutely fantastic gem in NYC!

The room was spotless, missed Netflix and other streaming I'm the TV, the toilet water was continuously running, nevertheless it didn't bother with the bathroom door closed

I had a very good experience at this hotel. I was greeted warmly when checking in. I was asked if I needed anything to assist me. And given a choice of rooms. The accessible room was available. Hilton properties seem to achieve a greater level of service and cleanliness. My visit was really very good, but I was not really surprised because I had stayed at a Hilton Garden Inn previously. I guess the old adage "You get what you pay for" applies here.
