The hotel was very cute and clean. The hostel staff was very nice. The roads are very small and need to be updated a little bit but overall we had a really good day. I would stay there again great location to Times Square.

Staff is great. Cleanliness great. Bars great. Ambiance great. Views amazing. The only negative were the room's fearures wasn't working. My initial room had sheer drapes that didn't open. 2nd room has lights that didn't work. 3rd room was good until a few hours in. The sheer drapes didn't close. But I understand things malfunction. The hotel was very accommodating. I will visit again.

This is a nice hotel. Rooms clean and well maintained. The Only problem was the night staff were not nice. I get it we walked in 15 minutes before kitchen closed and we ordered food that’s annoying but cmon we ordered a chicken sandwich and salad. Simple . It took forever to come out and ii sucked. ...
