Great location to Vatican City and Rome. Employees were helpful and friendly. Building is a converted townhouse. In lovely shape. Elevator was a nice touch. Would definitely rebook in the future.

This location is central and also quiet. The Vatican is 1.5 kms away, the Spanish stairs 1 km and the Coliseum is less than 3 kms away. So everything is walkable. The restaurants nearby are nice and not overrun with tourists. In fact the entire area is remarkably mainly still lived in and used by the locals. The road's also on several bus routes.

Great location in Prati, two blocks from Piazza Cavour, about 10 minute walk to The Vatican, lots of restaurants in the area. The unit was a good size, nice bathroom and very quite A/C. There is a small but functional elevator. Marco was very attentive, helpful and great personality. This is not a hotel, therefore there is no reception open 24 hrs, but Marco is available by phone in case of emergency when he is not there in the evenings. He arranged a ride to the airport for us, which was great. I highly recommend this place, we had a great stay.

Great location, very secure and quiet. There are 5 rooms fully occupied but we thought we were the only ones there it was so quiet. Choice of Supermarkets near by great restaurants so many to choose from, bus and taxi at front door. Staff were so helpful for any extra requests.

The property wasn’t very clean, the sink drainage didn’t work properly, sheets smelled weird, the shower door was broken, and opening the property door was very complicated and we wish we had instructions on how to open the door without having to contact the property. The only redeeming qualities about this were the location, AC, and the staff were incredibly responsive.

Great location! Central to a lot of places and easy to take the bus from but noisy due to being so central. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is good but don’t get it every morning. There are so many amazing cafes around to try. Bed was super comfortable and wifi worked great.

Very good service and perfect location. There is an elevator, and busstops right out front. There is a little waer and tear, but overall we had a great stay, especially for the price! OBS the bed is very firm (which I really like), but that's a matter of taste.

We arrived later in the evening and the communication with the staff was great, we had no issues getting up to our room after hours. Clean, cozy, staff was great. The few things we asked for (towels, toiletry paper) was brought to us promptly. The property is within a few blocks to some great restaurants, mini-marts, etc. St. Peters was about a 15 minute walk.
