La chambre n’était pas à l’image des photos, le parquet était pas très stable , des pointes qui sortaient des plinthes et la cuisine dans les parties communes était dans un état exécrable. Ceci étant nous avons passé un agréable séjour à Rome

Me and my daughter had a wonderful stay. Our room was cozy and clean. The amenities, staff services, location were all accessible and everything we wanted. The arrangement for airport pick up and drop off was easy and on time. We loved our short stay here and willl definitely book again the next time we come back.

Das Zimmer war verwohnt und dreckig. Im Bad war die Dusche schmutzig. Dicke graue Kalkränder an der Duschkabine. Der Duschkopf war ungeeignet für die Größe der Duschkabine. Das Wasser der angepriesenen Regendusche war so nah an der Duschwand, dass das Wasser nur an die Wand runterlief. Der Abfluss war zugesetzt, sodass das Wasser nur seeeehr langsam ablief. Das Bett war ekelig. Vom verschmutzen Kunstlederrahmen bröckelten „Fetzen“ ab. Die Bettdecke hatte undefinierbare Flecken. Als die Klimaanlage laute Geräusche machte und wir sie ausstellen mussten, da wir bei dem Lärm unmöglich hätten schlafen können und Sorge hatten, sie fliegt und um die Ohren, war die Aussage, dass vor uns die Anlage fehlerlos lief und wir dafür verantwortlich sind. Ein Techniker kam am nächsten Tag. Diese Unterkunft ist noch zu empfehlen.

Rommet var ok. Ganske slitt, men det kan forventes til denne prisen. Det var rent når vi kom, men der stoppet det også. Det var ikke noen form for vask eller rydding under vårt opphold. Ingen nye håndklær og selvplukk på gangen av doruller. Resepsjonen var aldri betjent. Vi våknet midt på natten av at det rant vann ut av airconditionen og rett ned på gulvet. Hotellet har en god en god lokasjon, gangavstand til alt av severdigheter.

The room was very clean, comfortable bed, small refrigerator, and Television. There was a market as soon as you step out of the building take 10 steps to the right and there’s the supermarket that have a variety of items. There is also a pharmacy about a 1 minute walk to the left as you exit the building. The facility was a 7 minute walk from the metro which was very convent, 10 to 12 minute walk to St. Peter’s Basilica. There are so many restaurants in walking distance along with Clothing store’s, souvenir shops, Our favorite restaurant was Caffetria dei Gracchi great food and staff. The room has a great AC unit, Only the bathroom was our complaint. It was so small, step up on a platform to the toilet and even higher for the shower which my bad knees and my husband two hip replacements didn’t too much agree with. There was a cooking appliance that usable on the floor we were on. We were on the 5th floor in Room 5. But overall it was a great stay! I highly recommend this place.

Mixed Experience - Great Location and Host, Disapp

I really wanted to love this place because the location and host were excellent, but cleanliness issues significantly impacted my stay. The Good: The host was wonderful—friendly, helpful, and responsive throughout our visit. The location was fantastic for exploring Rome. We could easily reach Vatican City and other major sites using Lime scooters and bikes. The neighborhood itself was charming and quiet, with plenty of restaurants nearby. We even stumbled upon a local flea market during our stay, which was a nice bonus. The Not-So-Good: Unfortunately, the unit's condition didn't match the photos. The faux leather bed frame was chipping badly, and it made it look quite dirty. There was a carpet on the floor that appeared heavily soiled, and the overall cleanliness of the walls and space left much to be desired. The elevator was quite old, and if you prefer not to use it, be prepared for several flights of stairs. Bottom Line: While I appreciated the excellent location and the host's hospitality, I wouldn't book this particular room again. Perhaps other units in the property are better maintained. If you prioritize location and don't mind cleanliness issues, this might work for you. However, I'd recommend requesting recent photos or asking about the room's condition before booking.

Die Lage ist wirklich fantastisch: 12min laufen zum Petersplatz, halbe Stunde zum Trevibrunnen. In der Umgebung gibt es viele gute und günstige Restaurants, direkt neben an einen Supermarkt. Ansonsten sind auch viele Läden rundum mit teils hochwertigem Angebot. Das Bad war top renoviert, ein Kühlschrank im Zimmer und ein Wasserkocher waren ebenfalls vorhanden. Allerdings hätten die Polstermöbel eine Restauration nötig, da hier unansehnlich die Beschichtung abplatzt. Ebenfalls die für jeden zugängliche Küche könnte ein Male-over vertragen. (Die Spüle ist zwar sauber, aber grau vom Kalk und überall stehen Kartons herum.) In Bezug auf Sauberkeit gibt es absolut nichts auszusetzen, alles tipptopp. Sogar Regenschirme stehen an der Tür für die Besucher bereit. Außerdem verfügt das Haus über einen Lift. Personal (sehr freundlich) kommt nur zur Ankunft und zum Putzen, aber per WhatsApp ist jederzeit jemand erreichbar. Frühstücken kann man 10m weiter. Noch ein Tipp: wer mit dem Flugzeug kommt, nimmt am besten einen der Shuttlebusse, die auch beim Vatikan halten (40min Fahrt, auch wenn es länger angegeben ist). Von hieraus kann man in 9min laufen. Das schafft man mit dem Zug nicht.

The only loss of a star was due to the bathroom being a little unpleasantly cramped, and the toilet needing some attention to stop it perpetually flushing. The room was otherwise comfortable and the surrounding area well supplied with dining opportunities. A particular highlight was the hotel's own driver, who was able to act as both airport taxi and concierge when we landed very late, meaning we saved a lot of money on the transfer and traveled in safety and comfort.

It was next door to a grocery store .... which had everything you could think of. It was very hot, and our room was air conditioned, and very comfortable. Internet... walking distance to several restaurants and shopping. The Vatican City is .5 miles away.... this made all tours easy to get to. The property owner made arrangements for a Taxi to airport, and that was icing on cake.

Great location and room/building was clean. Good communication with staff. We found though that there were items in the room that needed attention: towel hook very loose from the wall, electrical plug not working, bedside lamp worked intermittently, minor repairs needed at ceiling and floor trim. The fridge could be colder
