When in Rome...

Great location and property. Walking distance to the Vatican (about 3 blocks). Take the bus on the next block or walk...Coffee and bread at the room every day! The area is very suburban and filled with great options to eat and relax.

Home in Rome!

Ricardo was especially helpful. He helped with directions and suggestions in where to go. We were given bottled water...espresso and cookies every day!!!

Gentilissimo il proprietario, camere pulite ed arredate in stile moderno, molto gradita la "colazione in camera" (a disposizione di ogni stanza: macchinetta del caffè, fette biscottate, marmellate, ecc), bella e tranquilla la zona.. tornerò sicuramente!

Hyvät tilat kolmelle yöpyjälle, erittäin siisti kunto ja uudet petivaatteet ja pyyhkeet. Avulias ja ystävällinen henkilökunta, joka toimitti aamiaistarvikkeet huoneistoon. Upeat näkymät sisäpihaan. Kaunis vanha huippukuntoinen kerrostalo, josta pääsy suoraan Pratin pääkadulle kahviloihin ja lukuisiin ravintoloihin. Tunsin asuvani kuin paikallinen, voin suositella lämpimästi:)

Close to the Vatican!W

We had the hotel arrange for pickup at the airport because the hotel would very difficult to find on your own.The hotel is basically six rooms on the second floor of a building with many tenants both commercial and residential.There is no external sign denoting the name of the hotel!We liked everything in the room,no complaints whatsoever!

Super Lage, so dass man ganz Rom zu Fuß erkunden kann. Morgens kann man sich einen Kaffe oder auch Tee kochen und eine Kleinigkeit wie Zwieback mit Marmelade oder Gebäck frühstücken. Getränke sind auch jeden Tag neu aufgefüllt. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber. Wenn man ein Zimmer zur Hofseite hat, ist dieses sehr ruhig.

Great location

The location of this hotel is great, far exceeds my expectation. The courtyard is beautiful and quiet, I feel very safe and comfortable walking into the building. Riccardo and the staffs are very friendly and helpful. I thought breakfast is included but it's not, however there's coffee machine, snacks in the room for our use. There's a big delicious deli just 2 minutes walk to the right, which serves great pastries, pasta, sandwiches, all kinds of coffee. Maybe Riccardo can recommend that one, thanks.

Wonderful location!

Wonderful location, nice accommodations. My only complaint is that there really wasn't breakfast as expected in a B&B and advertised on the website. Just coffee and a biscuit.

Muy buena ubicación, atención personalizada, limpio, la cama un poco dura. Le hace falta un poco de mantenimiento a las paredes. No fue sino hasta mi llegada que me indicaron que debía pagar impuestos locales ($21 euros), debieron informar antes. Ideal para parejas (no es familiar por sus dimensiones).

Great little hotel in the heart of Vatican area.

A converted apartment in a lovely building off the Main Street. Hiding behind huge doors, a modern yet tasteful cluster of rooms. The staff were on the end of emails or the phone during the hours that the small reception desk wasn't manned. A great secure base for travellers who don't feel the need to have a concierge on hand 24/7. Very clean and comfortable, I would stay abain and again. On the 2nd floor but there is a small vintage lift.

Bella Habitacion

A 5 minutos del Vaticano, cuarto amplio, comodo, limpio, banos modernos, una pena que estuve solo dos noches de la cinco que pase en Roma. Es un edificio de apartamentos en una area exquisita tranquila pero lleno de restaurantes y tiendas de moda.

Ideale Lage zwischen Engelsburg und Vatikan

Das Hotel liegt zentral, verkehrsgünstig angebunden (Metro, Tram) und ist damit der ideale Ausgangspunkt für die Touren zu allen Hotspots in Rom. Da es aber im repräsentativen Innenhof eines der typischen Wohnhäuser (eher ein Palazzo) in Rom liegt, ist von dem Trubel und Verkehr der Großstadt nichts zu merken. Es ist wohl eher eine Pension mit 6 Zimmern, komfortabel ausgestattet und mit allen Annehmlichkeiten - die man erwartet und darüber hinaus: Aufbettung für 14-jährigen Sohn war ein separates Zimmer, modernes Bad, bequeme Betten, kostenfreie Wasserflaschen, Kaffeemaschine, freies WLAN usw. Der Eigentümer war überaus freundlich und ermöglichte uns am Abreisetag (Abflug 21:00 Uhr) die Unterbringung des Gepäckes und damit einen weiteren angenehmen Tag in Rom. Und der Tipp für das Frühstück war ein echter Insidertipp. Alles in allem ein gelungener Aufenthalt im One Vaticano und jederzeit zu empfehlen.

Secret Hotel

Das Hotel One Vaticano befinder sich nahe des Vaticans. Leider gibt es Probleme wenn man es finden will. Man findet auf 212 nämlich keine Spur von diesem Hotel. Dafür wird man von einem Herren angesprochen der einen fragt ob man zu dem Hotel wolle. Man wird dann auf den zweiten Stock des Gebäudes geführt wo eine Wohnung in ein 5 Zimmer Hotel umgebaut wurde. Eine Rezeption gibt es nicht. Das Frühstücksangebot besteht aus einer Kaffeemaschine und ein paar Biscotti. Dann ist man sich selbst überlassen. Die Zimmer sind sauber, nett eingerichtet und ruhig. Das Ganze kann ok sein, ist aber in keinem Verhältnis zu den fast 200 euro die man für die Nacht zahlen muss. Eine Rechnung bekommt man auch nicht, da beim Auschecken niemand anwesend ist.
