Spanish Steps Amazing Apartment

Extra luxury apartment close to Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain. The apartment consists of a bedroom, a living room with a sofa bed, a kitchen and a bathroom. Just restored with high quality Italian materials and furniture.
The apartment is located on the first floor without elevator, is equipped with all comforts, heating, air conditioning, internet, TV, courtesy kit and hairdryer and kitchen, kettle, bed linen and towels.

The tourist tax is 6 euros per person per night and must be paid in cash upon arrival.
For check-in after 10 pm, a supplement of 25 euros is required in cash upon arrival.

We were first time travelers to Italy. We were picked up from the airport for a fee welcomed, checked on and generally supported. Joey was great to work with. The place is small but very comfortable. It was a quick walk to the metro, the pantheon, the spanish steps and the Trevie fountain.

We had a great 2 night stay! The location was perfect to walk to all the sights we wanted to visit! Joey was great! He set up a transfer for us from the airport! Was waiting for us at the apartment when the car dropped us off! The apartment was clean. Bed was comfortable! Just what we needed for our stay!!!

The apartment is perfect for a couple visiting Rome.. a short walk to the Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain, as well as a great Bar just next door for your morning expresso or cappuccino. Property Manager was very nice and responsive.

Booked this property because of the good reviews, however our stay did not live up to them. The pillows and sheets were stained with blood and other disgusting residue. Sheets were only changed the next day. The AC was blowing out thick black dust throughout the unit and a technician was scheduled for after our departure. Very concerning and unsanitary conditions. The owner would not provide some compensation for the troubles and instead said they will “provide a large discount on our next stay”. I will note that Joey the host was helpful with our luggage up and down the stairs. Disappointing experience.

The location was great, and the owner allowed me to enter earlier in the day as scheduled as we had bags after leaving our cruise ship. Joey was great, he even set up top notch transportation to and from the apartment.

This property was a great place to stay in our short visit to Rome. We wanted to see some sights before boarding the cruise ship. It was a great location, easy to access the major attractions. Joey was so helpful in the whole stay. He met us and helped carry our bags. He checked on us to make sure all was ok. He even had a bottle of champagne waiting for us. I highly recommend this place ! bags

Apartamento genial, como lo esperabamos. Tenia todo lo necesario. Joey muy atento, pudimos entrar antes de las 15:00 y nos guardo las maletas hasta la hora de coger el avion. En plena ola de calor, el aire acondicionado que habia dejado puesto imprescindible.

Joey was so accommodating for us as we needed to drop off our bags early and checked in later. He was prompt and so very helpful. Very clean and perfect for what we needed.

It was located in a very nice spot for getting to different spots of interest. Joey was very helpful as well. They only down side was no ramp upstairs and carrying luggage up over 2 fights of stairs was tough. First night we arrived Joey helped with carrying the luggage up the steps. Tammy

You just never know what to expect when booking an apartment in another country… we have horror stories… but this apartment was a wonderful surprise!!! Clean… spacious…and in a hot city like Rome….it has a/c!!!!!! The host had a cold carafe of water and a bottle of wine in the refrigerator waiting for us….so nice!!!

It’s all about location. This apartment is right in the middle of all the action near the Spanish Steps. We only stayed one night and the apartment was clean. We would stay here again.
