Urocze miejsce z wspaniałym właścicielem

Bardzo przyjemne miejsce w ładnej kamienicy. Salvadore jest bardzo uprzejmy i troskliwy. W całym mieszkaniu jest bardzo czysto. Lokalizacja dobra, blisko dworca Termini, 15 min do Coloseum, w pobliżu sporo knajp, sklepów i najstarsza we Włoszech lodziarnia G.Fassi. Bardzo polecam!

It is well located and the owner is amazing person as host. The only down for the propriety is the heavy street noise around but it is normal for a heavy urban city as Rome.

Саса - восхитительно гостеприимный хозяин! Действительно, район у вокзала не самый комфортный, но когда живешь у капитана карабинери, то чувствуешь себя вполне защищенным. Про заезд стоило договориться заранее, но все соседи знают Сасу и помогли нам с ним связаться. Нас очень тронула его щедрость! И замечательные коллекции, в том числе фотографий. В следующий свой приезд в Рим и мы привезем Сасе подарочек в его коллекцию) Мы не разобрались, можно ли использовать кондиционер, поэтому использовали только вентилятор. Ещё был вопрос, действительно ли на кухне нельзя пользоваться плитой? В любом случае, нам было комфортно и весело на отдыхе в Риме.

Saso's is Spectacular

Saso is a wonderful host - very helpful but not in the way. The location is great - close to Rome Termini station and easy to get around in the neighborhood. It was a great price for a stay in Rome,

Pictures and reality totally different. Wireless Wi-fi doesnt work. Shower doesnt work and hot water is problem!

Casa condivisa, Sasa simpaticissimo, qualche pecca

Sasa è un ottimo padrone di casa: dividerete la casa con lui e altri viaggiatori. La casa è pulita, la camera era grande e confortevole, e piuttosto silenziosa. I due bagni, in condivisione, sono entrambi confortevoli (ovviamente il loro stato dipende dagli altri inquilini, in ogni caso l'appartamento viene pulito quotidianamente). Ci sono alcune cose da segnalare, tuttavia: - Sasa non era in casa al mio arrivo: il check-in era fissato alle 14 e mi sono presentato lì con leggero anticipo. Una volta arrivato lì, tuttavia, ho scoperto che in casa non ci fosse nessuno e che avrei dovuto aspettare l'arrivo di Sasa. Prima delle 14:35 non si è visto nessuno e ho dovuto quindi aspettare quasi un'ora fuori dal portone (il rione non è proprio i Parioli, essendo dietro Termini). Probabilmente è stata solo una sfortunata coincidenza, ma tant'è. - non credo sia il tipo di alloggio adatto a chi cerca un po' di riservatezza. O meglio, una volta dentro la camera, il comfort rapportato al prezzo è davvero ottimo. Il "problema", nel mio caso, era la cena organizzata da Sasa con gli inquilini spagnoli: dopo una giornata estenuante, avrei voluto cucinarmi qualcosa per poi mangiarlo in relax. Solo al mio ritorno, invece, ho scoperto della cena (Sasa, gentilissimo, mi ha invitato ad unirmi - ma avevo già comprato la mia!). Cose che capitano quando si condivide uno spazio: bisogna solo tenerne conto e non aspettarsi un tipo di soggiorno diverso da quello che è offerto!
