Well located in a quiet neighbourhood that’s not too far from the Colosseum and Santa Maria Maggiore. That said, the room was tiny and quite overpriced for what it was.

Ubicación excelente, tiene a pocos minutos el metro y está muy bien ubicado con los buses y tranvía. El desayuno que ofrecen es solo café, té y cereales.

Awesome place to live while in Rome. Very responsive and good communications. About 15 mins walk to the colosseum. Centrally located. 10 mins walk to the train station. Would stay here again.

Great place to stay. Easy to find and easy to access. Clean and just what you need and nothing more. Even better with complimentary breakfast snacks. Last positive feature was the ability to leave luggage in the common room even after checkout. Very handy when we had a full day of exploring ahead in 35degree heat. Would stay again and recommend to a friend.

Horns and sirens out the window 24/7, only 1 pillow each, stiff bed. Good continental breakfast, good location, good staff, great shower.

Cuando vas a Roma por primera vez parece que está lejos de todo, pero después te das cuenta que se encuentra bien comunicada tanto por metro como en bus.

é veramente da apprezzare la comodità con i trasporti. la fermata del bus è letteralmente davanti alla porta. comodo anche il self check in che risulta ben organizzato. da apprezzare la colazione a disposizione di tutti, con prodotti semplici ma anche tutto ben organizzato. l'unica pecca che ho trovato è una pulizia della camera e bagno da rivedere.

Property is easily accessible. Please keep in mind that in the early hours of the morning you will hear the loud traffic since the room is facing the corner. I honestly was able to sleep through all this. I would definitely book this place again in the future.

The only positive aspect of this guest house was that the rooms and bathrooms were spotless, and housekeeping standards were clearly maintained well. Unfortunately, the overall experience was disappointing. There is no elevator, which made carrying luggage up to the second floor extremely inconvenient, especially for a group. The property is also very basic in terms of aesthetics and lacks warmth or charm. The management was not flexible with policies or guest requests, which added unnecessary stress during the stay. The biggest issue, however, was that the air conditioning was not working in two of the rooms occupied by our group, making those rooms very uncomfortable. Communication with the owner was also unpleasant at times, as several replies came across as rude, though this may possibly have been due to language barriers. Overall, while the cleanliness was appreciated, the lack of comfort, poor air conditioning, and difficult interactions with management would make us unlikely to stay here again.

Ils a confusion/ ce n'est pas un hôtel! c'est un Rb&B dans un immeuble vétuste sur le carrefour le plus bruyant de Rome! à cave prix là c'est du vol! Anonymat total, tout se passe par des c odes et des téléphones.
