Awesome place to live while in Rome. Very responsive and good communications. About 15 mins walk to the colosseum. Centrally located. 10 mins walk to the train station. Would stay here again.

Great place to stay. Easy to find and easy to access. Clean and just what you need and nothing more. Even better with complimentary breakfast snacks. Last positive feature was the ability to leave luggage in the common room even after checkout. Very handy when we had a full day of exploring ahead in 35degree heat. Would stay again and recommend to a friend.

é veramente da apprezzare la comodità con i trasporti. la fermata del bus è letteralmente davanti alla porta. comodo anche il self check in che risulta ben organizzato. da apprezzare la colazione a disposizione di tutti, con prodotti semplici ma anche tutto ben organizzato. l'unica pecca che ho trovato è una pulizia della camera e bagno da rivedere.

Property is easily accessible. Please keep in mind that in the early hours of the morning you will hear the loud traffic since the room is facing the corner. I honestly was able to sleep through all this. I would definitely book this place again in the future.

Ils a confusion/ ce n'est pas un hôtel! c'est un Rb&B dans un immeuble vétuste sur le carrefour le plus bruyant de Rome! à cave prix là c'est du vol! Anonymat total, tout se passe par des c odes et des téléphones.

So much noise from the street that you could not sleep or relax. Constant emergency vehicles on the street every 10 minutes day and night. The room and bed/ bath was nice though. The breakfast was only cookies, coffee and cornflakes, and mill/juice….but you can buy on the street in a small coffee bar

Die Zimmer sind wirklich modern und schön. Jedoch liegt die Wohnung direkt an einer stark befahrenen 7-8 spurigen Straße. Ich hatte nachts das gefühlt, dass die Autos am Bett vorbei fahren. Trotz Oropax habe ich keine Nacht durchgeschlafen. Das Frühstück war typisch für Rom… sehr übersichtlich. Es gab Cornflakes mit Milch, Kekse und Zwieback mit Marmelade. Für den Preis war das jedoch absolut ok.

Great place to stay

The place was just what we needed. Good communication with the City Centre , only 3 stops from Colosseum, the bus stop is at the door step. It was bit hard to find it as there is no sign for the guest house, so we walked past it couple of times, it is on the first floor of the apartment house with big blue gates, so don’t get deceived just walk up to the first floor.check in simple, our room(no7), small, cosy and quiet( but the view is not nice).The rooms opposite have nicer view, but you would not get as good sleep as we had because the guest house is situated by the very busy and noisy street. So either you get a decent view or proper sleep that you will defo need after busy day of sight seeing, believe me.Bathroom with great shower, which is perfect way to relax after long day of walking around. Everything spotless clean and fresh.Bed sooo comfortable.Rooms being cleaned every day by very nice and helpful lady.Kitchen with coffee/tea machine, choice of sweet snacks and cereal for breakfast before you hit the city.There is few nice restaurants and bars close to the guest house anyway.The only downside was poor wifi.And don’t buy any maps at the shops for silly price as there are ones by the entrance door I would definitely stay there again. Bon concept, bon hôtel, bonnes conditions !

Chambres nickel. Douche et toilettes séparées. Bonne isolation phonique entre les chambres. 3 bémols : - on entend les bruits de la circulation, même avec le double vitrage (klaxons ! Forcément, c'est Rome, ils peuvent pas s'empêcher, c'est plus fort qu'eux, on dirait qu'ils s'expriment comme ça ! Et sirènes des ambulances car l'hôtel est à proximité d'un hôpital...et les sirènes italiennes sont vraiment stridentes ). - l'eau chaude de la douche dure dix minutes pas plus. Il doit y avoir des petits ballons de 50 litres et encore ! Donc oubliez les douches crapuleuses, c'est impossible. Bien dommage, car l'espace dans la douche est immense ! Faudrait revoir l'installation M'sieur, car après une journée de marche dans Rome, une bonne douche bien chaude qui délasse ça serait cool. - le petit dej est "à volonté " et on comprend pourquoi. Que des trucs à disposition permanente mais sous emballage. Des trucs industriels quoi. Du coup, on allait chercher des croissants (excellents!) juste en bas en sortant de l'hôtel et on se les remontait pour les déguster dans la salle du petit déj de l'hôtel (un peu petite soit dit en passant ; 4 tables dispos pour 7 chambres. ´fallait pas que tout le monde déjeune en même temps). Sinon l'hôtel est super bien situé : 10 mn à pied du Colisée et du Forum. 5mn à pied du métro. La jeune femme qui s'occupe de l'hôtel est super gentille et compétente. Bref, pour environ 70 euros la nuit à Rome, c'est vraiment très bien. jean

STAY AWAY! BEWARE! It started with Sangio Guest House management pestering me on different media more than a week before my arrival, asking for my passport and early self check in, even before my right of cancellation had expired. Busy travelling for work, I would do it just before. Two days before my arrival, they sent me a Whatsapp message saying they also needed a new credit card number or my reservation would be cancelled the next day. I HAD ALREADY PAID FOR IT ON EXPEDIA. I stopped my work, went back to my hotel to chat with both Expedia and my bank, who reassured me all was well when I explained to the THREAT I was under. Sangio House subsequently deleted their message from my WhatApp. These people are malicious and greedy. Stay away! Added elements: they refused to send me the check-in coordinates to the last minute, after I complied with requirements; THEN they informed me they were on the first floor and elevator use was forbidden (I had a 20-kg suitcase and had to climb the 25 steps up and down). The entrance hall smells of mold, the common area inside smalls stale, a different smell from the disagreeable one felt in the bedroom; traffic in the area is HORRENDOUS, catching a cab was almost impossible, horns, ambulance sirens all the time; old dirty windows; ugly white light and sad grey décor; four hangers in what is not a wardrobe; sink in the bedroom that takes up all bench space; nothing fresh in so-called breakfast.
