This is a great place. Great location, small and private. The only thing that I would say is an improvement is that the cleaning crew comes really early, and we were woken up by them both mornings.

Communication with staff was great, we had to check ourselves in since our airplane arrived late and we were left clear instructions. Air conditioning was working very well, room was nice, but it was very noisy and you could very clearly hear your neighbors conversations.

The staff was really great and helpful! They offered to hold our luggage when we arrived early before check-in. The room was smaller than expected but enough for two people. Very clean room and we loved being so close to everything.

This isn't a typical hotel type situation. No desk to check in at. But the staff are nearby and come and meet you quickly upon check-in and are easy to contact using What's App. The rooms are very clean with all the amenities. The location is very central to Rome with a lot of small shops within walking distance. Would definitely recommend.

On the positive size the location is excellent, bed and pillow are quite comfrotable,AC works well and the room is clean. On the negative side, shower floor is quite slippery, no shelf in the shower to hold soap or shampoo, no suitcase valet to sert up your suitcase and entrance and walk up the stairs is really bad. On top of that, there is not a suite as their name suggests

The location is great and the building is quaint. The water pressure is weak and the space in the room is insufficient - was very crowded and uncomfortable.

Do not waste your money on this property. It looks just like the pictures and it’s an adventure to access, but it is not where you’d like to stay if a) you like to sleep without the sound of your suite neighbour having a shower or flushing their toilet (literally on the other side of your headboard, hence the earplugs they provide) or if you’d like to have a modestly warm shower AND wash your hair. The inattentiveness of the property management was astounding. When I paid for this property, booking a “superior” “luxury” suite and got shafted on a shower and any kind of customer service - that sucks. I will tell everyone I know to stay at the other Rome location we booked earlier on our trip. What a waste. The location was helpful, but not worth the additional hundreds of dollars difference. Save your money and book elsewhere. The bed wasn’t even that great. I expected so much more from their false advertising. The rooms are not soundproofed, the bed is not comfortable, the shower’s poor performance was blamed on their location (easily solved with a plumber and an on-demand water tank). We stayed in old town Split (arguably older) and never had this problem. The A/C worked well. The elevator could only accommodate one person with compact luggage. Good thing it was only one flight up. I only write so negatively because they refused to help in a timely fashion and then used an excuse days after we were gone. So sad. Do not give them your money.

If you want to stay close to the Jewish Ghetto, this hotel is a great option. The rooms are confortable. There is not an reception per se, a person came to clean the rooms for a few hours, you need to use different key and codes to enter your room. The building is not in the best condition

This is an apartment converted into three or four hotel rooms. Each have an independent bathroom. The property manager is lovely and very responsive. But if you're expecting a hotel room this is not it, the building is a private apartment building and there are no amenities.

This place was so overpriced compared to the zero service we got. Room was extremely small barely fit a bed, they provided wifi password that doesn’t work. Room was full of mosquitoes. We have been told via text that reception closes at 2 but i tried to call the hotel so many times before 1 and no one cared to answer.
