Nice, clean accommodations, easy to find and checkin. A little outside the city center but accessible (and affordable!). Great communication from the host, very responsive and accommodating.

All and all were great the fact that Kate and Donatella were so caring and helpful till last moment that I needed a taxi was very assuring and supportive. Greate big thanks to all and everyone and Happy New Year for I had the greatest time of my life in this pilgrimage and without Kate it would've been impossible to make it in such a high level!!!

Melhor que o esperado

A hospedagem, Roma na pizzale Claudio, suíte, foi melhor do que a expectativa. Quando conseguimos falar com a Francesca, ela foi muito atenciosa e nos orientou em cada passo, até conseguirmos chegar na acomodação. Tivemos problemas com o horário do voo e ela nos ajudou mesmo assim. Deixou tudo muito bem explicado e facilitou a nossa chegada em Roma. A pessoa que trabalha fazendo a organização e limpeza dos quartos foi muito simpática e também nos deu boas orientações de como se locomover em Roma e também nos ajudou em alguns detalhes de comunicação de como conseguir táxi, ou como pegar um ônibus. Perto da hospedagem tem vários ônibus disponíveis. A limpeza do quarto é muito boa. O conforto do quarto também é muito bom. Temos somente elogios a Francesca e a pessoa que trabalha e nos recebeu pessoalmente na acomodação.
