Innsiderome is literally across the street from the Vatican property. We LOVED IT. The host/hostess were excpetional. Super clean, private bathrooms, convenient to public transportation and quiet. We'll be back!

Cassandra was extremely kind and welcoming! Our room had a beautiful view of St. Peter’s, the Vatican was across the street and a bus stop to the center of Rome was just in front of our hotel.

Host is very responsive. Property is VERY clean. Air-Con is a plus. Location is perfect! Can walk right to Vatican Square in 3 minutes! Wow! Ask for the room with the view of the Basilica!

No hot water in the sink and shower, in wash room for 3 nights a d 3 days and for the entire stay Staff says nothing she can do as she is not the owner. We were neglected. Needs not addressed . We were not able to take shower. Horrible stay. No staff showed up to help.

The location was great. Should state that it is an apt in a building with rooms with onsuites with your own key. Was able to get in becuase cleaning lady was there to assist. It was clean good for a day or 2 to stay and sleep. Bo amenities. View of vatican litteraly across the street but not the entrance is about 10 mins by taxi.

Less than basic housing, horribly overpriced, never imagined I would have to pay 370 Euro per night for such a basic dump. Very complex WhatsApp back and forth to check in after hours with remote "coaching", someone sleeping in my room, no chair, one has to sit on a small fridge, shower only fixable at height of a 10-year-old, amenities shared in the hallway in an open shelf (hairdryer, etc), youth hostel experience at best. How were they able to rig the rating?!! 8.7 REALLY?! I feel betrayed.

Great location next to the Vatican. Not amazing location for public transportation, it’s a but if a walk to get to most bus/metro locations. But the Vatican is just across the street so that is really good. The property is basically a room with a bathroom so don’t expect a hotel like experience. Clean but you can hear everyone coming in and out of the other rooms in the building. Decent value but nothing special.

Las instalaciones muy bien, solo que no hay elevaforo yo no pude usarlo, parece necesario tener una llave. No tienes contacto con alguien al llegar, pero llamas y te atienden, es necesario tener un teléfono para hacer llamadas. La cama es súper cómoda y la ubicación inmejorable

Location is amazing. Room was ok. Information was limited. It says parking is available but there is a lack of clarity about what this means. You cannot drive up to the address. More detailed information about parking and access would make a huge difference. Only way to contact property was by phone.

Great location! Close proximity to Vatican City and major sites like the Pantheon. Loved the location and would consider staying here again. One negative was that our air conditioner did not work correctly. We reached out to management and left a voicemail letting them know of the situation. They never called back which left my husband YouTubing videos on how to fix the air conditioner. Fortunately it started to work after that. Other than that the property and location was great!

Empezando desde la informacion que se da del Hotel no es la correcta, no hubo una perona que nos hiciera el check in y estuvimos afuera del hotel por 2 horas en la boche y no contestaban telefono ni mensajes, entramos al Hotel porque uno de los huespedes nos dio la entrada y nos dio unas llaves pensando fueran las de nuestra habitacion y jamas tuvimos contacto con nadie del hotel, nos quejamos por email referente a unos huespedes que todos los 5 dias de nuestra estancia no nos dejaron dormir lo cual nunca tuvimos respuesta de la dueña del hotel para que hiciera algo al respecto, no lo recomindo.
