A/C worked great. Everything was perfect except the wifi the first night but they had a technician come the next day and fix it. Great location just a block and a half off Piazza Novona. Lovely little coffee bar downstairs and plenty of restaurants and Gelato place all around. Pompi on the corner has the best tiramisu around, skip that insta-tok famous place up the street it was Meh. I'll stay here again if I come to Rome City Center.

Rooms were clean and as expected. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Good communication and instructions. Location is very central and walking distance to many major attractions. At night you can hear the bars and crowd downstairs but it wasn't too loud. Just shut your windows and it's fine. The Wi-Fi left something to be desired as it frequently dropped completely for hours at a time.

Really really good location for both tourist sites and other local spots. We were able to walk everywhere we needed from the room. Comfortable and clean room though on the smaller side. Only challenge was front desk is not staffed all day, so check in was a bit difficult. But they were very responsive.

The property host was very helpful and customer first. We were running late and the property manager was able to communicate with us via whatsapp to guide us into our room. The room had AC and very clean. I really enjoyed our stay here, central to many of the must see landmarks in Rome.

Location was great! Room was easy to access as we arrived late and left early so we used mobile check in instructions. Only strange thing was an open bag of chips left in room when we arrived- other than that the room seemed clean. Nice spacious bathroom as well.

Staff was very helpful. Location was excellent. The room was spacious and very clean. The coffee pods were a great touch. There are shower gels which was great but if you’re particular you might want to bring your own shampoo/conditioner. The air conditioner worked VERY WELL which is very much appreciated in this heat. I would absolutely recommend this place.

Excellent location and rooms had an updated look. Although there is an elevator, still need to go up a flight of stairs to get to the elevator and then down a flight to get to room which was not disclosed. We booked two rooms that we thought were the same but one was very small and the other very large (paid exactly the same for both rooms that were booked at exactly the same time). On the one morning of cleaning, we came back to find that our room was not locked after it was cleaned. That was very disappointing, even though nothing went missing. Overall room cleanliness was fine, but not great and spare toilet paper roll was not replaced when room cleaned, resulting in running out and having to go on hunt for more. Check-in was easy and our arrival time was accommodated.

Very convenient location close to various attractions, including plaza navoni, vatican, trevi fountain and lots of restaurants and bars. Recommend if you like the night life. Our room was clea ed daily and staff was very attentive.

Clean and housekeeping was excellent, AC was great in our room, however, not so good in our friends rooms. Desk is supposed to be staffed from 9am-ish to 4pm-ish, but not the case. Elevator is very small and older, but worked fine. Area is awesome, lots of restaurants, shops, etc. Great location.
