Nice, comfy and clean room. Staffs were sweet and helpful. Emanuela the owner was sweet, helpful and promply responded to any messages that we asked. Hotel is 1meter away from bus stop and so close to train station. We walked to Vatican only 20mins.. Good stay and awesome experience exploring Rome and Jubilee pilgrimage.

Place was so clean and smells fresh everytime we walked into the room. Its cery close to everything considering have to walk to places. It's close to the city centre , 20min walk to St Peters Basilica. The staff helped us book our taxi to the airport , it was on time as well. Everything was great altogether .

Franco the property manager was terrific. He allowed us in our room a couple hours before check-in time which was a big help as we were just arriving from the US and had a ton of luggage. The rooms were clean and comfortable and everything we needed was within walking distance. I’d recommend this hotel to anyone needing a room in Rome.

Highly recommended, in a great location

A great stay and Franco was a great host. The property is perfectly located, just 3 minutes walk from the metro. Also good bars and restaurants nearby. We walked to the colosseum with a few stops away. Cafes right by the entrance for a quick snack, in a nice area of Rome. Clean, modern, good WiFi. Would definitely stay again!

Franco, the property manager, was very helpful. He welcome us at our arrival and departure. He called us a taxi to go to the airport. Very nice place to stay and walk to historic places. The room was clean, modern, and spacious for two persons with two big luggages and two carry-ons. Very comfortable and safe.

This is an EXCELLENT place to stay and enjoy Roma. The rooms are a good size for two people, very comfortable, modern, and convenient to walk around beautiful Roma. They texted me before my arrival to make sure I got there okay. The rooms were clean and quiet. The location was perfect. Even the housekeepers went out of their way to give us proper directions and advice on where to visit and how to get there. Franco, Tea, and Gabriella were awesome to use. Great location for short term stay

Overall the place met my needs, which was an extremely short stay. Could be more comfortable for sitting and working, but everything was clean and comfortable. Not suitable for people with mobility issues as it is on the 5th floor with an elevator that stops half a floor above or below, so stairs cannot be avoided.

Very convenient yet quiet location, with bus stops in front and metro a couple of blocks away. Cafe(s) for breakfast and snack downstairs. Our unit is the 4th floor but with elevator, there is no problem. Unit was clean, well maintained and recently updated, with Nespresso machine and kettle. Host Bianca was super helpful and gave us dining and sight seeing tips as well. Overall, very satisfy with our stay. Highly recommended.
