  • You'll be staying in the heart of Testaccio, one of the most charming and lively neighborhoods in the capital!

    The apartment is ideally located, just a short distance from Trastevere and other iconic sites of the “Eternal City,” such as the Colosseum, the Circus Maximus, the Roman Forum, and the Aventine Hill.

    It’s served by numerous bus and tram lines, as well as Metro Line B; from the nearby Ostiense station, you can reach Fiumicino Airport directly in just 35 minutes!

    This comfortable, bright, and quiet apartment is surrounded by excellent restaurants, bars, and traditional spots where you can enjoy Rome’s many culinary specialties.

    It is located in a historic building dating back to 1914, famous for its distinctive and original architecture.

    Guests will have the entire apartment to themselves. They will be given keys (to the building’s main entrance and the apartment’s front door), which must be returned upon departure.

    There are no set times for entering or leaving the apartment—just the usual rules for living in a condominium!

Lebendiges Testaccio

Die Lage der Wohnung war für uns sehr gut. Das Viertel Testaccio ist lebendig, sehr schöne Bars und Restaurants, aber es ist gleichzeitig entspannt und angenehm. In der Wohnung war alles vorhanden, die Betten sehr bequem. Die Kommunikation mit Francesco und Luigi war sehr zuverlässig und schnell! Ich kann die Wohnung nur empfehlen!
