Excellent location- literally 5 mins from Spanish steps and metro. Great food nearby. Safe and clean area. Clean room and easy check in after hours. Very responsive staff. 2 tvs and large space. Great for family of 4. Would stay here again.

Great location in a safe area. We walked everywhere. Id definitely stay here again. Its very clean and comfortable. There are stairs to the upper floors, so not the best for anyone with mobility issues.

Wow amazing stay! Location was perfect and close to many things. Shopping, food, monuments. The host was friendly and very informative! The room was stunning!! Clean and modern with the best bathroom. It was also quiet and AC worked great. Would definitely return. Thank you so much!

Best travel experience that I have had. The communication with the property was fantastic and they were more than accommodating. The location is central to everything and you are a 5 minute walk to the metro. The location is secure and the room was clean and well-done. The staff was friendly and extremely professional. Would recommend 10/10 for the price and value.

Near shops and Piazza Spagna, stairs to go up

The place is in the o old town and great location for shopping, very well connected and near Piazza Spagna. The room is great with all the essential amenities and has a good size. The only problem is that the building is very old and you have to take the luggage by the stairs as they don’t have elevator in the building. Other than that everything was great.

This a marvelous little place with wonderful service and nice amenities. The receptionist was gracious enough to stay a few minutes due to our train being delayed and was so kind. Be aware that the road does not allow traffic so you have to walk to catch a cab ( but not too far). Also the stairs are old - ancient even and worn - use the handrail!! Charming place!

The only thing i had trouble with was the steps up to the room. They were slippery and unstable. But this is because the building is older- we liked the charm. Other than this, the staff was exceptional and so helpful
