Property was clean, bedding and towels were provided and ok. Fan and air con worked well, which was great for the summer heat. Communication process with the owner was ok, we did have some issues checking in, needed to pick key up from a laundry which was closed, was only a 10min hold up, but was an anxious wait at 10pm with my family in a strange neighborhood.The listing says this is a 2 bedroom property, its actually a studio. Also there is a washer and dryer listed. The washer doesnt work and there is no dryer.Also, a few other things to be aware ofThe top bunk isn't suitable for children, there is a large gap between the safety rail and the mattress that a child could roll out of, its quite high and straight down to a concrete floor.The shower entrance is very small, anyone that is wider than average will struggle to fit into the shower. The shower head sprays in all random directions and the hot water is very hard to get consistent.The are only two bowls, not enough for a family of four to have breakfast at the same time, when theres only limited time in the morningThe location of the property is fantastic, we got a direct bus to the Colosseum from the closest bus stop and it is within walking distance from Vatican City. Many restaurants etc nearby too. The metro is 10-15mins walk away, for a direct connection to Roma Termini. The neighbourhood feels safe too.I hope this is constructive feedback for the owner to improve, this property has potential.
