Accogliente Appartamento

  • A first-floor apartment in a charming historic building in Rome’s historic center, featuring hardwood floors and wood trim, with two double beds—warm and inviting, equipped with all the comforts of home (Smart TV; Wi-Fi) and a 4-burner stove for cooking and preparing delicious breakfasts in the morning. Guests can step right out the door and find themselves in the heart of Rome, walking to St. Peter’s Square, the splendid gardens of Castel Sant’Angelo, and the Mole Adriana. From there, by crossing the beautiful bridges over the Tiber, they can visit Piazza Navona and the Pantheon, all the way to the central Via del Corso and the Spanish Steps. The area offers all the best amenities, such as historic trattorias, bars, and pizzerias, and for those who want to shop, there are high-end stores on Via Cola di Rienzi, just 200 meters away. An unforgettable experience in the heart of the Eternal City. The Cinderella Wash laundry and a high-end dining and wine bar (Ginny) are right across the street.

Nice place, walking distance with tourist spots. The hosts, the couple, they were so nice to accommodate us earlier than check in time. Well communicated. Replied very quickly to inquiries. There’s wifi. Near eating places. We love to be back to their place.

Gianluca was responsive and helpful, which was all I needed since it was my first time in Rome and I was not exactly sure about renting an apartment in a place I have not been too. The place was cute, pretty much have everything we needed in an apartment and the location was excellent. Pio Borgo where most dining places are located is within a couple minute's walk. Getting there by Freenow or taxi wasn't a problem. Excellent host, and fun stay in a central location.

We were very pleased with the location, facility of getting the keys, and long-term parking nearby. Gianluca is a great host and was quick with requests and making sure we were comfortable. The property should be advertised as “sleeps 5, but as a studio”, as the space cannot be advertised as a two-bedroom property.
