Rooms are run down, pool is freezing. But front staff were very nice and friendly

You cannot get the front desk on the phone during certain periods- at all. They charge your credit card hundreds in pending charges and only fix it when you call them to inquire. The rooms were clean and the beds and views were nice.

Everything Was neat and clean and the communication with the staff was excellent

The property was very clean and quiet. A little dark in the room, so more lightening recommended. The shower pressure was fine but the water doesn't get warm or hot. But other than my cold shower, I slept really well. The pillows are amazing and comfortable

We had a great time ! Goal was to ensure the kiddo had fun in the pool and I had a relaxing time. Goal accomplished! The staff were busy but very helpful!
