"Le check-in a été rapide, mais l’accueil manquait de chaleur. Lorsque j’ai remis nos trois passeports, on m’a d’abord indiqué qu’il n’y avait aucune réservation, avant de constater qu’elle était bien à mon nom. Une fois la réservation retrouvée, on nous a simplement remis les cartes de chambre et expliqué comment nous rendre à la chambre. Aucune information ne nous a été donnée concernant le déjeuner inclus, pourtant déjà payé; j’ai dû poser des questions pour obtenir les détails. Le personnel au buffet n’était pas particulièrement serviable et semblait assez sérieux. J’ai également remarqué un manque de propreté dans certains espaces communs, notamment les ascenseurs. En revanche, le déjeuner était excellent : grande variété, beaucoup de choix et nourriture de qualité."

"Great location for an overnight stay pre cruise. Beds very comfy, great sea view, shower cubicle little old and small, could do with replacing. Reception booked shared transfer to ship, all very easy. Would stay here again."

"European air conditioning can work very differently in some hotels with a centralized computerized system. Hotel Tiber is one of these hotels. The room we were provided did not function with A/C or fan option. After a couple calls to front desk which were very unproductive, we pressed to move rooms at 4am and received a room moderately better. Thank goodness it was not the heart of summer heat. The lack of follow up in the morning with staff was a bit surprising during check out. It was unfortunate but left us with a very negative impression on our last night in Italy near the airport before our departure."

"Decent hotel close to the airport that was fit for our purpose of catching an early morning flight. The staff were very helpful and friendly, and the airport shuttle was convenient. The pool was also nice. However, the facilities appeared to be quite dated and beat up. Our room was also pretty beat up, but the washroom and sheets were clean. The local area was not the greatest neighbourhood, but that is to be expected with an airport hotel. We were fine staying one night to be close to the airport for our flight, but I would not recommend a long term stay."

"We enjoyed our one night stay before we flew out of Rome airport. We did not use any of the facilities other than the restaurant for dinner and then for breakfast. Everything was perfect. Staff were wonderful. I just wish people would stop slamming their doors at 5:30 in the morning. It’s always one reason I hate staying in a hotel ….. so many inconsiderate people. Otherwise it’s a great stay and so close to the airport. The shuttle bus was free and efficient."

"The Hotel is in a covenient location because the train station that takes you to town and the airport runs right thorugh the 2 hotel buildings. Also the shopping center is right next to the properties. The hotel is not so old but it is poorly kept, the entrance with the revolving door has what is left of a rug that is falling appart. It would look better if they would lose the rug altogether and clean the entrance. The walls in the rooms need a paint retouch but these are stains that can also be cleaned with soap and water. The sink shelf/cabinet is metal and it is all rusty."
