Pretty hotel in suburbs.

The room was lovely. Breakfast a la carte... Quite good. The bed was not a king, only queen size. The mattress and pillows werenjust ok... Not great. The location is about 45min from Rome.

Beautiful spot outside of Rome!

Such a beautiful property with a cool area a 5 min walk to nice restaurants! The owners got up early to give us a quick breakfast before our taxi arrived to head to the airport! The homemade ricotta strawberry jam tart was absolutely delicious!!

This place was a real find. The staff were excellent, the grounds are beautiful, the pool was a delight, our room was excellent. I don’t mean to try to overdue my review, but I don’t think I could. I would highly recommend it if you are looking for a stay in this area. You might want to have a car to be able to dine out from here

An elegant, beautiful home with outstanding outdoor seating options and a pool. On site secure parking. A delicious continental style served breakfast. Very relaxed atmosphere. An unfortunate misunderstanding by the very excitable owners shortly after check-in with our paperwork and passport documents seems almost comical now. At the time we were made to feel like imposters trying to slide in on someone else’s reservation! No apology offered. The owner’s daughter and other staff more than made up for this gaff.

We just had a quick stay on our way to the airport but the home and hosts are lovely. Far from the hustle of Rome’s city center, the guest house provided a comfortable stay in a neighborhood of local residents.

Our stay was very nice! The breakfast was delicious specially the pistachio croissant. The hosts were very friendly and helpful, even got us a taxi to take us to the airport at the end of our stay. If you ask they’ll even show you the routes and give you directions and maps to help navigate Rome. Overall the place was beautiful and we had a great stay.
