"When you walk into a hotel and down the halls it should not feel like your in an apartment complex. Dogs barking all hours, We were on 2nd floor, no elevator, I don't mind steps but someone elderly, it was not ADA equipment. The Hotel.com did not have accurate pictures, I definitely would have asked for my money back if it had not been through this sight"
