「Our experience with this property was extremely disappointing. The original reservation was canceled by the host the day we were supposed to check in, while we were already traveling from Florida to North Carolina. We were placed in a replacement property that was completely unfit for guests.The home had serious electrical issues, including lights and outlets that didn’t work. The stove was broken, and the linens were used and dirty—we had to wash them ourselves. There was dust everywhere, food...

「Tom communicated with me awesomely from booking through check out. This place is incredibly thoughtfully curated for a short stay. Entertainment system is great, bathroom is chefs kiss, entry and exit is both easy and secure. Convenient 24 hr BP station a block over for any last minute cravings. Bedding was verrrry comfortable. When coming back through Raleigh will not be staying anywhere else from now on. Very walkable.」

「Absolutely perfect. I wouldn’t change anything about this place. 」

「The property was beautifully decorated, and the beds were extremely comfortable. The owner had left nice little touches like two laundry pods and a basket of snacks and water in the fridge. We were there for NC State Orientation. We were a 9-minute drive to the campus and a 7-minute drive to downtown Raleigh for dinner. 」

「The area felt safe and there was a lot to do within walking distance. Check in and out was easy. The FAQ guide didn’t have a lot of specific information. The one bad thing was the WiFi was only available in the common area (pool, games etc), not in the actual room. 」

He was friendly, clear and concise in his communication, and provided too many thoughtful details to mention. We would stay again! 「This is an amazing house! The backyard is huge. So if you have a big family and want space for activities, this is your place. I was just amazed at how much land this house is on. Not only a big backyard, but also a big front yard. Lucia is a great host and communicator and a text away. On of my family members happens to bring their dogs over. I had no idea. Once, I informed Lucia, she didn’t charge me per fee. Thought that, showed a lot about Lucia. Oh, the big back screened in, covered deck...

「House was clean. We had 6 adults and no problem with space. Lots of good meals in the kitchen/dining area.」

「Good space, nice and safe location, updated, etc... great all around. I do wish the 1st level of the townhouse was opened to us. it was weird having a whole level locked. But overall great!」

「From the beginning of the booking process to walking out the door at the end of the week the property owner was very professional. The house was very warm and welcoming when you first walk in. It had more than enough room to accommodate our family of 8 and then family that came to visit as well. We have already talked about heading back next year.」

「I was charged a cleaning fee but had to clean the whole house when I got there pool area and deck was dusty and dirty had to take sheets off bed and wash because you could see they weren’t fresh sheets little black bugs everywhere but what I will say is when the net fell in pool and we seen all the bugs I called management they sent someone over」
