"The property is exactly as advertised and some of the additions make this rental unique. One of my favorites was the adjustable bed. The apartment was a five minute walk from the university and I never walked more than five minutes to get food. My husband said the area was very accessible. I would definitely recommend!"

"My husband, two boys (6 & 11) and I stayed in this quaint, little, clean apartment for four nights. They provided coffee, creamer and bathroom necessities. It was perfect for a short stay. When we did need something the owner was quick to reply and get it to us. If need be we will stay here again."

"We enjoyed our weekend stay at this cute little place. The place was clean and in a quiet residential neighborhood. There are several excellent restaurants within a few minutes of driving distance. We spent a day at the Heckscher State Park beach, which is nearby. We were planning to visit the Bayard Cutting Arboretum but couldn't because it started raining. Overall, a nice stay."

"The rental was close to what was expected but did not have enough bedding for 6 people though we were told it could accommodate 6 people. The air quality in the rental was poor and had a dehumidifier, which we were not aware of until arrival, and came with no instructions that we needed to manually empty it. It smelled musty and moldy and couldve also used an air purifier. The rental was basic and couldve used some more homey touches. Location was convenient for what we were in town for."

Host suggested several good places to visit/sample, stayed in contact as well including when internet went down for a day. "Host never showed up to give us our key so we could not get in. We contacted VRBO and they could not get a hold of our host either. The VRBO customer service was helpful. We had to search for a last minute hotel and nothing was available. Thankfully a friend let us stay 45 minutes away for the night. We were able to find a hotel for the other 2 nights at steep prices. Hopefully VRBO will make good like they said and pay for the hotel and give us our refund. VRBO was great to us on the phone and...

"This place was close to my son and family to whom we visited for a week Never met the host but that wasn't really necessary as entry was simple. Good wifi, tv and all our needs were met. Lots of niceties and although small the kitchen had a full sized fridge, oven, microwave and all dining essentials. The only downside was the mattress, as it is saggy, has no support and needs to be replaced. This is not a full cabin rental as the ad seems to allude to but a downstairs unit. There are windows...
