"We were on the 3rd floor right as you got off the elevator, extremely loud all through out the night. A few of our lights did not work in our room, water never got fully hot, and shower wouldn’t drain. I have stayed here a few times and this has been the most disappointing stay."

"Floor was dirty with mop streaks and spots/drips. Wish the bathtub enclosure had grab rails as the tub bottom is not non-slip or textured for grip. Rooms do not have hand towels in bathrooms."

"Our room was quiet and clean but had a smell - maybe from when it used to be a smoking room years ago? I would have liked a comforter or thicker blanket - blanket was very very thin. Maybe could have asked for one at front desk? Breakfast was yummy!"

The care for guests is obvious! We would love to stay again! Thank you! Only negative is the huge deposit they require. Not everyone can afford that!"
