We had a huge king room with views of the water and a nice comfortable bed. Be sure to request ice when you check in, as there isn't a machine and there isn't always someone at the reception desk. We had a nice continental breakfast (included) and gluten free bread is available.

This hotel is in a beautiful town, across the street from waterfront and a short drive to a lighthouse that visitors can access to view amazing scenery. The owners are on-site and suggested great places to eat and experiences nearby. The room was super clean, well appointed and lovely. Great breakfast with home-made baking available in the morning. Loved this place!

Nice place to stay. Ocean view within walkable distance. These people really care about their guests. The rooms are clean and many of the Gros Morne parks attractions are nearby. Highly recommend. Do check with the host for good local recommendations

Cannot say enough regarding our hosts. The hydro went out in the town our first morning. Fear not our hosts had a backup plan and served breakfast and hot coffee off a portable stove. With no restaurants open in town all that day, our hosts served up a meal of fresh cod bites. Amazing seeing they do not provide food outside of breakfast in the morning. Not to mention the battery operated lights that magically appeared in every room. The power was out more than 30 hours, yet everyone was fed and comfortable. Newfoundland hospitality at its best.

We really enjoyed our stay at Augustus Jane Inn, the rooms were excellent, staff very friendly, accommodating, breakfasts were tasty. We would definite recommend this place to our friends and family.

Friendly, comfortable, clean. Highly recommend. Great location, close to shoreline, trails, restaurants, pub, convenience, souvenirs. Wish we could stay longer in Rocky Harbour. Will return soon!

Chris and Jennifer were wonderful hosts. They went the extra mile for us. The homemade baking and jams were delicious! Especially loved the Partridge jam. A first for us.
